Starting in March 2019, I became an Editorial Assistant for Allure Magazine, working on both the print and digital teams and assisting the Editor-in-Chief. In late 2021, I was promoted to Associate News Editor. Through my work, I am able to explore all the things I love about beauty, like creative eye makeup that pushes past conventional rules and basically anything related to Black hair.
